A Breath of Life – The Sea Turtle’s Journey 🐢🌊

While diving in the beautiful waters of the UAE, I encountered this sea turtle swimming gracefully toward the surface.

I watched as it approached the sunlight, lifted its head toward the air, and continued its journey beneath the waves. It was a peaceful moment that reminded me how closely marine life depends on the delicate balance of our oceans.

Unlike fish, sea turtles breathe air. Even though they spend most of their lives underwater, they must regularly return to the surface to breathe.

Through my underwater photography, I try to capture more than beautiful marine creatures. I want to share their stories and remind people that these animals face growing threats from plastic pollution, fishing gear, boat strikes, and habitat destruction.

Every turtle deserves a safe ocean, clean water, and the freedom to continue its journey.

Protecting marine life is not only about saving one animal. It is about protecting the future of our oceans.
